It focusses on harnessing talents through creative and resilience performance delivery to attain institutional growth while giving transformative life experiences to the students and staff.

enVision 2025 entails the strategic roadmap of the university in emphasizing the positive approach to empower and inspire UTM community to strive and thrive amidst the current and future challenges. It focuses on enculturating great sense of well being driven by UTM core values.
enVision 2025 presents the framework to guide our journey in the next five years. Guided by our core values, we have set 5 strategic thrust that corresponded to 8 strategic priorities, 15 key performance indicator and realistic targets. Action plans are also documented in the hope that the targets will be achieved.
